Beloved,
You should always follow the leading of the Holy Spirit but, never be ignorant of the “devices” (2 Corinthians 2:11) or interjections of the devil to try to frustrate the Will of God in your life.
Once Peter heard from Heaven but then right after that heard from Hell too. So might you!
Unfortunately, Peter acted on both messages. Avoid the error! (Matthew 16:15–23.)
How? After you have heard the “what,” be mindful to also listen for the “when“ and the “how,“ etc. and judge all those other leadings by the WORD. That way Satan is unable to inject himself in the process and mess things up.
