Beloved,
Don’t tell people anymore to “take care” or to “be careful.” You don’t mean they should make sure to be full of care, do you? They can’t afford to…They can’t handle care. Care brings stress. Care brings worry, anxiety and depression. They are supposed to cast all their cares on the Lord. Only He can take care. He cares for us and about us. 1 Peter 5:7-8.
Instead, say “be safe,” or “be watchful.” That’s what you mean to say anyway. So, say that. We are supposed to communicate very precisely. Idle words, that is, non-productive or non-edifying words will be judged. Matthew 13:36.
I love you!
Be a BEREAN (Acts 17:10-12) and dwell in GOSHEN (Exodus 8:22) today!
