Family is everything! Family is why we are here! God created us because He wanted a family and then He made it possible for Adam to have family, because that would also be His family!
When God’s family was stolen from Him. God paid the dearest of prices to get His family back. That is how much we all should value family.
So, as we gather together for Thanksgiving here in the US let us all, wherever we are in the world, remember to give thanks for each member of our families, even the ones that are hard to get along with, and the ones that have hurt us badly.
Let us forgive them in the name of Jesus, and in the name of family. The Lord would be pleased. John 3:16
