Beloved,
Are you worthy? The correct answer to that question is an emphatic “Yes!” quickly followed by “because of the blood of Jesus!”
We are so aware of our frailties as humans that we automatically accept the status of being unworthy, especially in relation to God.
Would you die for the piece of trash that you threw away into your trash can last night? Did God, however, die for the trash that we were/are? Not!
Every human being has inestimable worth because they are created in God’s image…that would include you, even before you were born again!
A good sense of mission for the kingdom of God is impossible without a sense of worth! John 17:23.
