Beloved,
Please hear me as I think aloud…For sure it is a challenge to our flesh to spend an hour every day with the Lord. But, it is also a reflection of where we are in our love relationship with Him. To love someone is to want to be with them, to spend time with them. Why should it be different with the Lord?
Another precious commodity is money, and as it turns out, too many believers are also unwilling to tithe, that is, spend much on the one they love.
Time. Spending time with the Lord is about loving Him. Yet we get a whole lot out of it because life becomes a lot more livable, enjoyable and more abundant in His DAILY presence.
There is really no better way to live.
